Hiring: Contracts Executive – US Healthcare Staffing

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Contracts Executive with experience in the US Healthcare Staffing domain to manage and review contractual documents, ensure compliance, and support contract-related business operations for US clients.

Prime Physicians is a physician-led, Joint Commission-accredited healthcare consulting and staffing firm serving government and commercial clients across the United States. Prime Physicians, InteliX Systems together, we support US Federal and SLED agencies by delivering healthcare staffing, IT solutions, and proposal management services.

Location: KPHB, Hyderabad (Onsite)
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities
• Draft, prepare, review, and manage W2, 1099, NDA, vendor, and client agreements.
• Perform redlining and support contract negotiations.
• Review employment contracts and staffing-related agreements for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external legal counsel as required.




• Ensure contracts align with company policies, client requirements, and applicable legal standards.
• Maintain organized contract records, track renewals, and monitor contract status.
• Support contract documentation and compliance processes for US Healthcare Staffing operations.

Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the US Healthcare Staffing domain.
• Hands-on experience in contract drafting, preparation, review, and management.
• Practical knowledge of W2, 1099, NDAs, vendor agreements, and employment contracts.
• Experience with redlining legal agreements and supporting contract negotiations.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with US staffing contracts and contractual compliance requirements.
