Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Customer Support & Service Executive to manage customer calls, product replacement requests, refund processing, and after-sales service for our showroom dealing in medical instruments, furniture, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Manage product replacement requests, including coordination for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
- Process customer refund requests and coordinate with the accounts team for timely settlements.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order status, delivery issues, replacements, and refunds.
- Maintain accurate records of customer complaints, replacement cases, refunds, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, service, and accounts teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.




- Provide after-sales support and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Follow company policies for replacements, returns, and refunds.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely closure of customer service requests.

Required Skills
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail in maintaining records and processing requests.
- Ability to manage multiple customer queries efficiently.
- Experience in customer support, showroom operations, or after-sales service will be preferred.
