Role Description The Back Office Executive will support day-to-day administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth functioning of office processes.



This full-time, on-site role is based in Ahmedabad and involves managing documentation, data entry, record keeping, and coordination between internal teams. Responsibilities include maintaining databases and reports, assisting with finance-related tasks such as invoicing and payment tracking, and providing support to sales and client service teams through timely information and follow-ups. The role also includes handling routine communication, preparing basic presentations or summaries, and supporting compliance with internal policies and procedures. The Back Office Executive will collaborate closely with scientific, operations, and management staff to help maintain effective workflows in a fast-paced biopharmaceutical services environment.
