Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition professional with 3 to 5 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support talent acquisition strategies.
Job Description
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define role specifications.
• Utilize various sourcing channels, including job portals, social networks, and qualified networks, to identify potential candidates.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and HRIS systems to ensure accurate candidate pipeline management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and local employment laws throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance candidate experience.
• Generate and analyze recruitment reports and metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Partner with onboarding teams, HR Business Partners,



and other stakeholders to ensure smooth candidate transitions.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Source candidates through diverse channels such as direct sourcing, referrals, agency partners, and online platforms.
• Screen and shortlist candidates and coordinate interviews, including scheduling and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Facilitate background checks, reference verifications, and medical tests as part of the hiring process.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, candidates, and internal teams to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Track and report recruitment KPIs such as:
• Recruiter productivity
• Source mix utilization
• Offer-to-join ratios
• Cost per hire
• Coordinate with Onboarding, IT, COE, and HR BP teams to support continuous process improvements.
