Role Description The Funding Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Chennai Area. This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing funding options to support ongoing and upcoming real estate projects, including debt, equity, and alternative financing sources. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting financial analysis, preparing funding proposals, coordinating with banks, investors, and financial institutions,



and monitoring funding timelines and compliance requirements. The Funding Specialist will collaborate closely with finance, project, and senior management teams to ensure optimal capital structures and efficient fund utilization. The role also involves maintaining detailed funding documentation, tracking market trends in real estate finance, and providing regular reports and recommendations on funding strategies.
