Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retired Bank Manager based in Tiruppur Taluka. The role involves overseeing relationships with financial institutions, monitoring asset reconstruction activities, and providing strategic inputs on NPA resolution and distressed asset management. The Retired Bank Manager will review and assess financial documentation,



support negotiation with stakeholders, and guide compliance with relevant banking and regulatory norms. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, advising on risk mitigation strategies, and contributing to property management and real estate advisory decisions. The individual will also mentor team members, help streamline processes, and represent the organization in meetings with banks, clients, and external partners.
Qualifications
