We’re looking for highly creative and enthusiastic to head our Social Media & Digital Marketing function at Eternal Radiance.

You’ll work closely with the founder and take ownership of building our digital presence - from strategy and content to performance marketing and, ultimately, sales.

This is for someone who understands social media at its core and can manage the entire process - coming up with ideas, planning and shooting content, working with editors and designers, running campaigns, analysing performance, and making sure great content actually reaches the right audience.

You’ll also be responsible for building and managing the marketing team - hiring the right people, working with freelancers and agencies when required, and putting the right systems and processes in place as we grow.

The biggest responsibility is simple:





Make sure great content is being produced, marketed well, and generating real business.
We’re looking for someone who is highly creative, tech-savvy and genuinely understands the digital landscape.

We’re not looking for someone who simply follows trends or asks AI what to post. We want someone with their own creative thinking, robust opinions and the ability to come up with ideas from scratch.
