Role Description The Senior Sales Counselor – Degree Admissions is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The role involves guiding prospective learners through the admissions process for online degree programs, from first contact to enrollment. Responsibilities include conducting phone and in-person consultations,



understanding learner goals, explaining program features and value, and recommending suitable courses. The Senior Sales Counselor will maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems, follow up on leads, and meet or exceed admissions and revenue targets. The role also includes collaborating with marketing and academic teams to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and ensure a high standard of learner experience throughout the admissions journey.
