Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support a project involving the evaluation of multiple chatbot responses. The role will require analyzing business requirements, comparing chatbot outputs, conducting structured evaluations, and providing final assessments based on defined criteria.

Offer Details:
• Compensation: INR 50K per month
• Commitments Required: Full Time Availability(8 Hrs) and 4 hours overlap with the PST time zone
• Employment type: Contractor assignment
• Contract length: 16 weeks (with possible Extension)
• Mode of Work: Fully Remote

• Years Of Experience: 3+ years.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science,



or a related field.
• 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Experience with requirement-gathering and process-mapping techniques.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
