Role Description This is a full time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including role scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for a variety of positions across the company. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, developing job descriptions,



and ensuring a structured and fair selection process. The specialist will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, build talent pipelines through networking and digital platforms, and maintain recruitment data and metrics. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience, supporting onboarding activities, and continuously improving recruiting practices to align with Toyo Kombucha’s growth and culture.

• Strong full-life cycle recruiting and recruiting skills, with experience managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
