Payroll & HRIS Specialist to support our global HR technology, payroll operations, employee data, and HR processes.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Workday, payroll operations, HR data management, and advanced Excel, along with a strong understanding of global HR processes. This role will partner closely with HR, People Partners, Payroll, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate, productive, and scalable HR operations.
The role will be responsible for Workday administration and data integrity, payroll-related processes and audits, reporting and analytics, process documentation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
