Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
As Manager - Software Development, for our division in Coimbatore, India you will act as a Program Delivery Manager and lead a team of experienced Development and Test Automation engineers in supporting the Research & Development in software design and development projects.

In your role as a Manager - Software Development, you will have the opportunity to:

* Understand stakeholders’ needs and priorities for software program development and delivery.
* Prioritize work across projects and manage the project portfolio.
* Apply an entrepreneurial thinking and be the single point of contact for program delivery.

* Measure and improve project(s) performance indicators using appropriate tools and techniques.
* Demonstrate solid people management and leadership skills.
* Manage development and test engineers and ensure schedule and quality commitments are met.
* Attract, retain, and build top-notch engineering, technical and functional talent in the organization.
* Lead and mentor team through complex customer requirement implementations.
