Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in panchkula haryana. This role is responsible for managing and growing student recruitment and admissions-related sales for overseas education programs, including Canada, Australia, the UK, New Zealand, and Europe. Day-to-day tasks include leading and mentoring a sales team, setting and monitoring sales targets, conducting consultations with prospective students and families,



and coordinating closely with counseling and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process. The Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies, track performance metrics, maintain relationships with key partners, and represent Visa Square at events, seminars, and outreach activities. The role also involves regular reporting to leadership, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and ensuring an excellent applicant experience from initial inquiry to enrollment.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in sales or business development, ideally in overseas education, training, or related service industries.
• Strong skills in client relationship management, consultative selling, and lead conversion, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
