About UsEmbodiment Advanced Systems is an early-stage deep-tech company focused on developing autonomous swarm systems, unmanned aerial, ground and maritime platforms, and advanced communication and control technologies for defence and industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities• Research government grants, startup funding schemes, R&D; programmes and innovation challenges, including iDEX, DRDO, DST, MeitY and Startup India.
• Identify relevant tenders and procurement opportunities through GeM, CPPP and other government platforms.
• Analyse eligibility criteria, technical specifications, documentation requirements and submission deadlines.
• Assist in preparing grant applications,



tender proposals and supporting documentation.
• Maintain structured databases of grants, tenders, funding opportunities and application statuses.
• Monitor defence procurement developments and relevant government initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to evaluate opportunities and support submissions.
• Prepare weekly reports highlighting actionable opportunities, deadlines and recommendations.

Requirements• Strong research, analytical and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets and documentation tools.
• Positive written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand government guidelines, funding requirements and tender documents.
• Interest in defence technology, autonomous systems and the startup ecosystem.
• Familiarity with GeM, government procurement or startup funding programmes is an advantage, but not mandatory.
