Role : SRE - Delivery Manager

Must Have

9+ years of experience in Software / Infrastructure / Platform / DevOps / SRE
3+ years managing engineering teams
Proven experience building a team from zero
Strong hands-on technical background with architecture and code review experience
Experience establishing/operating SRE & reliability practices
Strong AWS or GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD
Programming/automation experience in Python, Go or similar
Experience building internal platforms / self-service capabilities
Practical experience with AI-assisted engineering tools
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field

Positive to Have
• Multi-region / multi-tenant Kubernetes environments
• AWS + GCP
• Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK / Datadog
• Kyverno, OPA / Gatekeeper
• Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitOps / Argo
• LLM / Agentic tooling for operational workflows
• Major incident / incident command experience
• Experience managing distributed USIndia teams
