About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of ramping up teams for Global Capability Centers (GCCs). The ideal candidate is a hustler who takes ownership, builds talent pipelines proactively, and drives hiring outcomes with speed and quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to candidate onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce plans and hiring priorities.
- Drive large-scale hiring and ramp-up initiatives across Technology, Digital, Data, Product, Shared Services, and Corporate Functions.
- Develop sourcing strategies using multiple channels including LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, social media, and market mapping.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for niche and volume hiring requirements.
- Conduct candidate screening, assessment, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.




- Track hiring metrics, funnel conversion, and recruitment effectiveness.
- Ensure excellent candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process.
- Drive vendor management and recruitment process governance wherever applicable.
- Stay updated on GCC market trends, competitor intelligence, and talent availability.

Must-Have Experience

- 4+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Experience hiring for a GCC, Captive Center, Product Company, or Technology organization.
- Demonstrated success in ramping up teams (30-100+ hires within defined timelines).
- Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and handling high hiring volumes.
- Strong offer negotiation and candidate closure skills.
