About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to support lead generation, client acquisition, and property
promotion for warehouse and industrial-space leasing. This is a B2B marketing and commercial-real-estate role.
The selected candidate will help identify prospective tenants, promote available warehouse properties, maintain
lead records, coordinate with brokers and property owners, and support the Business Development team through
the leasing process.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads for warehouse and industrial-space leasing through LinkedIn, email campaigns, broker

networks, referrals, digital platforms, and offline channels.
- Promote available warehouse, industrial, and commercial properties to prospective clients, brokers, logistics

companies, manufacturers, and other business tenants.
- Prepare and share property proposals, presentations, brochures, site details, photographs, rental information, and

other client-facing documents.
- Coordinate with developers, landlords, brokers, and property owners to collect and maintain accurate

warehouse/property information.
- Support the Business Development team with client follow-ups,



site-visit coordination, lead qualification, proposal

sharing, and deal-closure activities.
- Maintain and regularly update the CRM with leads, follow-up status, client interactions, property requirements, site

visits, and deal stages.
- Conduct market research on warehouse leasing trends, industrial locations, rental benchmarks, availability,

competitor activity, and client demand across India.
- Support targeted branding and marketing campaigns for the logistics, warehousing, industrial, and commercial

real-estate sectors.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, developers, brokers, landlords, and logistics companies.
- Prepare periodic lead-generation, campaign, pipeline, and market-insight reports for the reporting manager.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, business development, commercial real

estate, property leasing, logistics, or warehousing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with confidence in client interaction and follow-up.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools, lead-management systems,



and sales-pipeline tracking.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, email communication, LinkedIn, and presentation preparation.
- Self-driven, organised, target-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
- Willingness to travel locally for warehouse/property site coordination when required.

Preferred Background
- Experience in warehouse leasing, industrial leasing, commercial real estate, logistics, 3PL, freight, supply chain,

or B2B sales.
- Exposure to broker networks, commercial-property listings, client acquisition, site visits, and property proposal

preparation.
- Familiarity with Bhiwandi, Thane, Kalyan, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, or nearby industrial and logistics markets.
