Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Entrepreneur in Residence to lead special projects and operations, focusing on establishing new business ventures from the ground up. This pivotal role involves driving execution at the operational level and partnering with senior leadership to expand business capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for business development and process optimization, tasked with transforming concepts into scalable, high-performing initiatives within our Mumbai office.

Responsibilities

- Design and launch new business initiatives, creating pilot frameworks and expanding successful models.

- Oversee daily ground operations while coordinating with field teams to deploy new processes, tools, and key performance indicators.

- Pinpoint operational bottlenecks and restructure workflows to enhance overall productivity.

- Evaluate operational data, supply-demand trends, and unit economics utilizing SQL and advanced spreadsheet applications.

- Partner with cross-functional teams including strategy, product, technology, analytics, and business units.

- Perform on-site audits to detect and address operational hurdles encountered at the field level.

- Champion the adoption of new processes, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous operational improvements.

- Monitor key performance indicators, assess business impact, and optimize cost efficiency.

Requirements

- Possess 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in areas such as ground operations, logistics, hub management, field sales, fleet operations,



or business expansion.

- Demonstrate a track record of supervising field personnel, drivers, hubs, or operational teams.

- Exhibit robust analytical capabilities and strong problem-solving aptitude.

- Show proficiency in advanced Excel or Google Sheets, along with knowledge of SQL and operational modeling.

- Have a history of implementing new standard operating procedures, tools, and change management strategies.

- Display exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage stakeholders effectively, and strong execution capabilities.

- Show a proactive approach to taking ownership and resolving complex operational issues independently.

- Thrive in a rapid-paced setting characterized by ambiguity and shifting priorities.
