Key Responsibilitie

s

* Make outbound calls to prospective property buyers and investors

.* Follow up with leads and qualify customer requirements

.* Generate site visits and nurture sales opportunities

.* Coordinate with the sales team to drive successful closures

.* Build strong client relationships through professional communication

.* Participate in creating property reels, social media content, and promotional videos (preferred)

.* Preferred: Assist with video shooting, editing, and on-camera presentations

.

What We're Looking Fo

r

* Female candidates only

.* Minimum 5 years of relevant sales/tele-sales experience

.* Fluency in English and Hindi

.* Good knowledge of the Indian real estate market, preferably NCR

.* Excellent communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills

.* Charming, confident, professional, and camera-friendly personality

.* Target-oriented mindset and strong work ethic

.* Content creation, reels, and video-editing skills are an advantage

.

We value skills, personality, and practical experience over qualifications or a polished resume

.

Salary & Incentive

* Salary: 25,000/month onwards,
