Role Description This is a full-time, on-site QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) role located in Bengaluru South. The role involves managing day-to-day restaurant operations, including customer service, order taking, billing, and ensuring quick and accurate delivery of food items.



The QSR team member will help maintain food safety and hygiene standards, support kitchen and counter operations, and ensure that products are presented according to brand guidelines. Responsibilities include handling customer queries and feedback, coordinating with colleagues to manage peak hours, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in dining and service areas. The role may also require basic inventory checks, reporting issues to supervisors, and supporting promotional activities within the outlet.
Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact courteously and clearly with guests.
• Basic operational skills in order taking, billing, cash handling, and POS or billing systems.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene practices, and quality standards in a quick service or food retail environment.
• Teamwork and time-management skills to work efficiently during rush
