We Are Hiring a Closer, Not a Demo Specialist.

We are looking for a proven B2B software sales professional who has personally negotiated, won and closed new customer contracts.

Someone who can walk into a meeting with a Founder, CEO or CHRO, uncover business problems, handle tough commercial objections and confidently ask for the business.

Your responsibility is signed contracts and new revenue; not the number of demos delivered.

What You'll Own
• Take qualified opportunities from discovery to signed contracts and commercial handover.
• Personally lead pricing discussions, negotiations and deal closure.
• Engage founders, CEOs, CHROs and business decision-makers.
• Overcome objections around pricing, competition, budgets and delayed decisions.
• Build and manage your own pipeline, including prospecting when required.




• Deliver individual new business revenue targets with accurate CRM reporting.

What You Must Bring
• 4–8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably SaaS, HRTech, ERP, CRM or enterprise software.
• At least 2 years of direct responsibility for closing new business deals.
• A verifiable track record of individual revenue targets versus actual sales.
• Experience negotiating contracts and closing deals with business decision-makers.
• Solid discovery, value selling, negotiation and closing skills.
• Confidence to sell value without depending on discounts.
• Accountability, commercial discipline and the ability to work independently.
