We are looking for a sharp, culturally aware Social & Content Manager to build Zyro's voice across digital platforms. The role is for someone who understands Gen Z culture, internet behaviour, creators, trends, music, and content formats, and can translate that into consistent, brand-right execution.

Zyro by Karan Aujla is a new-age beverage brand built on the idea of Nothing Unnecessary. We need someone who can make the brand feel cool, clean, current, and distinctive.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Strategy
· Build and manage Zyro's social media calendar across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms.
· Develop content ideas rooted in culture, music, creator behaviour, office moments, youth codes, and beverage occasions.
· Ensure every piece of content reflects Zyro's brand voice: sharp, straightforward, confident, and Gen Z-coded.
· Identify content formats, trends, and moments that Zyro can own naturally.
Content Execution
· Write briefs for reels, statics, stories, creator videos, and campaign assets.
· Coordinate with agencies, creators, editors,



and internal teams for timely content execution.
· Support shoots, creator-led content, office activations, product drops, and event-led content.
· Review scripts, captions, edits, and visual assets to ensure they are brand-right before publishing.
Creator & Community Management
· Identify creators, pages, and culture-led opportunities relevant to Zyro.
· Manage creator briefs, timelines, content reviews, and approvals.
· Track comments, conversations, and social listening cues to help the brand participate in culture meaningfully.
· Build a strong community voice for Zyro across comments, stories, and reactive content.
Performance & Reporting
· Track content performance, engagement, reach, saves, shares, and audience response.
· Share regular insights on what is working, what is not, and what the brand should do next.
