Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
* Research and gather information on their subjects
* Study drawings, specifications, mockups, and product samples
* Writing and editing the customer documentation for METTLER TOLEDO software products in English
* Coordinating timelines with external partners (translations, printing)
* Working with a Content Management System (CMS) and publishing software
* Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
* Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse, and single-sourcing opportunities
* Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, tutorials,



and developer guides
* Create user documentation for a variety of material, including how-to guides, and instruction manuals
* Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
* Drive innovation and experiment with new-age content formats, information architecture, work-flow driven, and minimal content. Develops standard formats for technical writing.
* Recommends current ways of developing technical documentation considering usability requirements.
* Leads development of technical documentation for existing products across business/sites.
* Takes initiative to understand products developed in SWDC sites across different SBUs
* Identifies and shares ideas resulting in productivity or quality improvements
* Ensure technical verbiage is easy to understand by the end user
