Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role based in Mumbai. The Telesales Executive will make outbound and receive inbound calls to introduce products or services, explain features and advantages, and convert prospects into customers. Responsibilities include engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, presenting suitable solutions, and following up on leads to maximize sales opportunities. The role involves maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions,



as well as coordinating with the sales and customer support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. The Telesales Executive is also expected to meet or exceed sales targets, adhere to call quality standards, and provide feedback on customer trends and market insights.
