We are looking for a commercially driven, confident, and result-oriented College & Corporate Partnership Executive who can build relationships with colleges, universities, HR teams, corporate organisations, training partners, and recruitment teams to establish long-term business collaborations.




This is not a passive coordination or routine calling role. The selected candidate must be capable of initiating conversations, identifying decision-makers, presenting ISCAP's offerings, following up professionally, negotiating partnership terms, and converting prospects into active collaborations.
Key Responsibilities1. College & University Partnerships
• Identify and connect with colleges, universities, placement officers, Training and Placement Officers (TPOs), HODs, principals, and academic administrators.
• Pitch internship programs, skill development initiatives, industry-oriented training, placement preparation, and career development programs.
• Arrange meetings and presentations with institutional decision-makers.
• Convert prospects into institutional partnerships, signed MoUs, student training engagements, and internship collaborations.
