Job Brief:- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead and manage the sales operations for three-wheeler financing at AU Small Finance Bank Limited. This role involves driving business growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key client relationships, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in vehicle financing, and possess excellent leadership and negotiation skills to effectively manage a sales team and achieve ambitious targets within the three-wheeler segment.

Responsibilities:-

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase the market share of three-wheeler financing products.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with dealers, distributors,



and key clients to drive business growth and customer retention.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with credit and risk teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications and adherence to regulatory compliance.
• Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team on product knowledge, compliance, and effective sales techniques.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to tailor financing solutions that meet customer needs and market demands.
• Ensure strict adherence to the bank’s policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
