Role Overview
We are looking for three PeopleSoft System Administrators to manage the day-to-day technical operations of COH’s PeopleSoft FSCM and HCM platforms. The role focuses on ensuring system security, availability, maintenance, performance, and operational stability.
The existing ERP Technology Manager will oversee the function, while the System Administrators will handle day-to-day technical administration and support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Environment Administration
• Manage PeopleSoft environments across Development, Testing, and Production.
• Ensure setting stability, availability, and smooth operation.

2. Patch and Upgrade Management
• Manage PeopleSoft patches, updates, and upgrades.
• Support patching activities and system maintenance.

3. Production Support
• Diagnose and resolve production outages and technical issues.
• Troubleshoot middleware issues and maintain system availability.

Security Administration
• Manage system access controls and user accounts.
• Support user access administration and maintain system security.

5. Performance & Capacity Management
• Monitor system resource utilization, including CPU, memory, and disk.
• Monitor Process Scheduler performance.
• Collaborate with developers on performance tuning and optimization.

6. Project Migration
• Manage project migrations and deployments across PeopleSoft environments.

7. Infrastructure Coordination
• Coordinate with DBAs and Windows/Linux administrators on infrastructure-related activities.
• Manage SSL certificate-related activities.
• Support disaster recovery exercises and related operational tasks.
