Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kalyan Dombivli. This role is responsible for driving sales performance within the assigned territory, including prospecting new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and closing real estate transactions. The Area Sales Manager will regularly meet with developers, investors, and property buyers, conduct site visits, present project details, and negotiate terms. Daily activities include monitoring market trends, preparing sales reports and forecasts,



coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution, and supporting marketing initiatives that promote Nexus Realty projects. The role also involves mentoring and guiding local sales staff to achieve area targets and maintain high standards of client service.
Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and deal-closing skills, with experience managing an assigned territory or area.
• Knowledge of real estate markets, property types, and investment concepts, preferably in Kalyan Dombivli or surrounding regions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with developers, investors, and clients.
• Ability to analyze market data, prepare sales forecasts, and use CRM or sales tracking tools effectively.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
