About the Role:

We are looking for fresh chemistry graduates who want to build a career in API Research & Development. This role offers hands-on exposure to organic synthesis, scientific experimentation and the development of APIs and pharmaceutical intermediates.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct literature surveys and synthesis route scouting.




• Perform laboratory-scale organic synthesis and experiments.
• Understand reaction mechanisms, reaction progress and experimental outcomes.
• Support reaction development, process optimization and troubleshooting.
• Assist with analytical interpretation and impurity investigation.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and follow SOPs.
• Follow laboratory safety practices and quality requirements.
• Support scale-up and plant-level demonstration activities as required.

Qualification:
M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Chemistry, including Organic Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Integrated Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry or General Chemistry.

Experience: Freshers may apply.

Offered Package: ₹20,000 monthly take-home
