IFI combines money intelligence, human behavior, and entertainment to discover India’s “Money Rockstar.” The show invites viewers and participants across the country to not only watch but actively step into the game, compete, and showcase their financial decision-making skills. Role Description The Business Analyst will play a key role in translating show concepts and operational needs into clear, actionable business requirements. In this full-time, on-site role based in Noida, the Business Analyst will work closely with production, marketing, finance, and technology teams to analyze processes, identify improvements,



and support data-driven decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders, mapping and optimizing business processes, and developing insights from performance and audience data. The role also involves preparing reports and presentations, supporting project planning, and ensuring alignment between creative content, operational workflows, and strategic objectives. The Business Analyst will contribute to building effective systems that support the show’s growth, audience engagement, and overall performance.
