The Team You’ll Join

The People & Culture Change Management team helps Envestnet introduce enterprise people initiatives in a structured, practical, and employee-centered way. We partner with People & Culture leaders and workstreams, various internal teams, initiative owners, and business stakeholders to support successful implementation and adoption.

Our work spans change planning, stakeholder engagement, communications,



training, readiness, adoption, and sustainment across programs that shape the employee and leader experience. This role also brings an important India perspective, helping global initiatives remain explicit, relevant, and actionable for employees and leaders in India.

How You’ll Contribute

You will serve as a change thought leader and lead day-to-day change execution for critical or complex initiatives. You will translate business and employee needs into practical strategies that strengthen readiness, address resistance, and deliver sustainable adoption across global and India-based audiences.
