About the RoleWe are looking for a Founding AI Engineer & Solution Architect who combines robust hands-on software engineering skills, AI development expertise, end-to-end solution architecture, and client-facing technical consulting.
Working directly with the founders,



you will own the technical lifecycle of client projects and internal initiatives—from understanding business requirements and defining system architecture to building AI-powered applications, integrating enterprise systems, and deploying production-ready solutions.
You will evaluate technologies, make architectural decisions, develop critical components, establish engineering standards, and create reusable technical accelerators that help Sapiogen AI deliver solutions efficiently and reliably.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who can think like a Solution Architect, build like a Senior Engineer, and operate like a Forward Deployed Engineer.
