Role Description The Commis 1, 2 role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. The role involves supporting the kitchen team in daily food preparation, basic cooking tasks, and mise en place for service. Responsibilities include following recipes and guidelines, maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene and safety, and ensuring ingredients are stored and handled correctly. The Commis 1, 2 will assist senior chefs during service, help with plating and portioning,



and contribute to maintaining a clean, organized workstation. The role also involves clear communication with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service.
Qualifications

• Strong Food Preparation and basic Cooking abilities, with a focus on consistency and quality.
• Solid Culinary Skills, including knife skills, following recipes, and understanding basic cooking methods.

• Effective Communication skills to coordinate with kitchen and service teams.
• Prior experience in a commercial kitchen or culinary training is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions, and be a reliable team member.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required in hospitality operations.
