Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
* Resolving unapplied credit items on US customer's account by contacting customer via phone/ email.
* Collaborating with collection and cash application team as per requirement.
* Meeting productivity and quality benchmark defined from time to time
* Ensuring regular communication with Business Unit personnel to ensure issues are resolved immediately.
* Ensuring deliverables as per agreed SLA's.
* Invoice delivery on complicated account models.
* Dispute coding in advance based on trends.
* High volume dispute code identification.




* Handle email communication for recent accounts and accounts with low transaction counts (Digital correspondence).
* Monthly submission of small dollar write offs.
* Monthly submission of offsets.
* Missing remittance support.
* Monthly creation of customer statements for complicated account models.
* Other tasks as needed.

What You Need to Succeed
Education:

* B.Com

Technical Skills:
* 3-4 years' experience into International customer service preferably into cash collections.
* Proficiency in a window based system.
* Mid-to-high level Excel skills (proficiency with formulas and functions, sorting, filtering, cross-referencing data, etc)
* Experience analyzing data to identify trends, missing elements, and other inconsistencies.
* SAP knowledge will be preferred.
* Telephonic skills should be excellent.
