Role Description The Financial Reporting Analyst is a full-time remote role responsible for preparing, analyzing, and interpreting financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders. This role includes compiling monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.



The analyst will review variances, perform trend and ratio analyses, and provide data-driven insights to support management decision-making. Day-to-day tasks also involve reconciling accounts, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve reporting efficiency and data integrity. The role may also assist in developing reporting dashboards, refining financial models, and contributing to continuous improvement of financial reporting practices.
