Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
As a key member of the Support team, you are responsible for providing Technical Support to internal and external customers.
▪ Troubleshooting queries especially on installation and configuration, Peripheral device connectivity via USB, Bluetooth, via Ethernet or over network, MS SQL Server, Windows OS, Active Directory, TCP/IP networks, virtualized environments etc.
▪ Providing support on 3-Tier/Client-Server architecture. Standalone vs Distributed installations and working over networked workplace.




▪ Responsible for answering pre- and post-sales technical queries like system requirements, supportability, Security protocols, from internal Sales representatives (MO-Marketing Organization) or customers (predominantly via MO).
▪ Work with Sales Organizations to provide support through customer demonstrations, onsite and offsite and trainings, if needed.
▪ Develop proficiency in the Software troubleshooting, instrument connectivity and communication in direct or networked mode as applicable.
▪ Handle data integrity, IT infrastructure issues. Implement software installation and validation tasks
▪ Conduct seminars/ workshops and technical discussions to support sales.

What You Need to Succeed
B.Sc IT/CS, B.E. or B.Tech (Computer Science) or equivalent qualification from a reputed college.
▪ Industry experience of 2-5 years in the field of support functions and customer relationship. 2-3 yrs experience in offshore duties in European countries or USA would be added advant
