What You'll Do
As a Senior Analyst for global people analytics, you will help manage, build, and improve internal tools and applications that support the software development lifecycle.



Working closely with Product Management and engineering leads, you will contribute to platform capabilities — including integrations across the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, Automation) — that improve developer productivity and strengthen engineering quality.

You will apply established engineering standards to build, test, and maintain these tools, take part in architecture reviews, and help evaluate current technologies — keeping your work secure, reliable, and well-documented.
