Job Description:

 Identify agentic-AI opportunities with manufacturing, engineering and value teams, distinguishing appropriate

automation from human-controlled decisions.

 Design agent architectures that combine Digital Twin context, retrieval, tools, workflows, memory boundaries and

enterprise system integrations.

 Define prompts, policies, planning/orchestration logic, state management, exception handling and approval

checkpoints.

 Build secure connectors and tool interfaces for industrial data platforms, MES, ERP, maintenance, quality,

knowledge repositories and workflow systems.

 Implement retrieval-augmented generation and grounding patterns using governed documents, structured data and

twin/asset context.

 Design evaluation frameworks covering task success, groundedness,



latency, cost, robustness, safety and

operational value.

 Apply responsible AI controls including access boundaries, audit trails, data protection, human oversight and failure-

protected behaviour.

 Lead prototyping, testing, productionization and monitoring of multi-agent or tool-using workflows.

 Coordinate with architects, cybersecurity, data engineering, Digital Twin, UX and business teams to manage

dependencies and risks.

 Mentor engineering teams, establish reusable patterns and present design decisions and limitations to senior

stakeholders.
