Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping
- Experience in Billing & Accounting
- Prepare GST and TDS workings/returns
- Handle bank, vendor and inter-company reconciliations
- Support month-end closing and MIS preparation
- Coordinate with auditors and consultants
- Assist with statutory compliance and audit requirements
- Solid knowledge of day-to-day accounting operations
- Plant & Cost Accounting: Bill of Materials (BOM) verification, and variance analysis (material,

labor, and overheads) specific to API synthesis and chemical processing.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,

including balance sheets, P&L; statements, and cash flow projections for plant operations.
- Taxation & Compliance: Manage GST compliance, including accurate input tax credit (ITC)

calculations, monthly returns filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B),



and handling IT Audit, GST Audit, IT Return,
GST Return, Customs/GST documentation for chemical imports/exports. Report to allowance non
allowance GST credit, GST|IT|TDS|TCS Scrutiny, report generation.

- MIS: Report generation
- Fixed Asset Management: Maintain the plant fixed asset register, track Capital Work-in-Progress

(CWIP) for new equipment or expansions, and compute accurate depreciation.
- Audit & Internal Controls: Coordinate internal, statutory, and cost audits. Ensure robust internal

financial controls (IFC) across plant operations.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in drafting the plant's annual budget and monthly operational

expense forecasts.
- Banking: Payment & Receipt.
