The role requires specialist knowledge of the Optimizely Content Management Platform (CMP) and is critical to the successful delivery of the project.
- Design and configure CMP to fulfil user requirements including the creation/amendment of workflows as required
- Support with maximising adherence to Optimizely CMP best practice and provide guidance/recommendations on approaches where an out of the box solution is not available
- Develop config solution options and provide recommendations to Product Owner
- Provide quality assurance/recommendations on current production CMP processes/configuration
- Support with CMP knowledge transfer to RLG colleagues
