About the Role

We are seeking a talented Web & Graphic Designer with 2–5 years of professional experience in web design, UI/UX, frontend development, and graphic design.

The ideal candidate should be capable of designing responsive websites, intuitive user interfaces, mobile application screens, marketing creatives, and brand assets. You will work closely with designers, developers, and marketing teams to deliver visually appealing, functional, and consistent design solutions for diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop responsive websites and web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and Java Script.

Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, layouts, and UI/UX designs based on project requirements.

Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for websites and web applications.

Create UI screens and visual assets for iOS and Android applications across multiple devices and screen sizes.

Develop branding materials, including logos, graphics, visual identity elements, and design guidelines.

Design marketing and promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media creatives, emailers, presentations, and digital advertisements.

Maintain consistency in typography, colors, spacing, composition, and visual hierarchy.

Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs across devices and screen sizes.

Work with marketing teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver suitable design solutions.

Ensure website responsiveness, usability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.





Review and refine existing designs based on client feedback, usability considerations, and business objectives.

Stay updated with current web design trends, UI/UX practices, and emerging design tools.

Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–5 years of professional experience in web and graphic design.

Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and Java Script.

Good understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.

Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

Experience creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and UI/UX layouts.

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.

Knowledge of user-centered design principles and web usability.

Familiarity with modern Java Script frameworks or libraries is an added advantage.

Strong creative thinking, visual design skills, and attention to detail.

Ability to translate business and project requirements into effective visual solutions.

Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

A portfolio demonstrating web design, UI/UX, and graphic design projects is preferred.
