- Drive sales activities for residential plots.
- Identify and engage with prospective customers to understand their property requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers to support sales conversions.
- Handle customer interactions throughout the sales process.
- Manage plot sales activities across Kanchipuram.
KPI: Performance Metrics
- Achieve sales targets of 2000 sq. Ft. per month.
- Convert 100% of leads with a 5% successful sales conversion target. .
- Maintain overall sales performance across the assigned location.
