JOB: BY PROGRAM MANAGER

Key Responsibilities: As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of the project, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget. Specific responsibilities include:

Project Planning and Execution:

o Develop and manage the project plan, schedule, and timeline.

o Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Blue Yonder consultants, customer stakeholders, and third-party vendors.

o Lead project initiation, scope definition, and scope change control activities.

o Conduct project kick-off meetings and regular status updates.

Team Management and Collaboration:

o Oversee the assignment and performance of project resources, ensuring alignment with project goals.

o Collaborate with Blue Yonder Consultants, Solution Architects, Technical Architects, and Business Consultants to ensure successful solution design, implementation, and testing.

o Coordinate with customer project teams, including Executive Sponsors, Project Sponsors, Business Leads, Super Users, and Technical Leads.

Risk and Issue Management:

o Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation as needed.

o Maintain a RAID (Risk, Action, Issue, Decision) log and ensure proper documentation.

Quality Assurance and Testing:

o Oversee the development and review of SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) scripts.

o Ensure quality gate checks at each project phase, including Initiate, Confirm, Execute, Validate, and Deploy.

Stakeholder Communication:





o Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication with internal and external stakeholders.

o Provide regular updates, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure alignment with project objectives.

Budget and Cost Management:

o Monitor project budgets, including fixed fees, expenses, and change requests.

o Ensure adherence to financial controls and reporting requirements.

Deployment and Transition:

o Oversee the creation and execution of the deployment plan.

o Manage the transition from the Blue Yonder Services Team to the Blue Yonder Cloud Team.

o Conduct project retrospective reviews to identify lessons learned.

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in SaaS implementation or supply chain solutions.

- Proven track record of managing large-scale enterprise projects with cross functional teams.

- Robust knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).

- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.

- Experience with supply chain planning solutions is highly desirable. Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with Blue Yonder’s Demand and Supply Planning / Order Promiser / Warehouse Management / Transportation Manager solutions.

- Knowledge of integration and data mapping for SaaS platforms.

- Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and change management processes. Working Hours:
