Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Machine Operator role based in New Delhi. The Machine Operator will set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to manufacture parts according to specifications and production schedules. Responsibilities include reading and understanding work instructions and drawings, adjusting machine settings, performing basic maintenance, and using hand tools as needed. The role involves conducting routine checks on product quality, identifying defects, and reporting issues to supervisors to maintain consistent standards.



The Machine Operator will also maintain a clean and safe workstation, follow safety protocols, and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status and any technical concerns.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Machine Operation and working with industrial Machinery.
• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control, including inspecting finished parts and identifying defects.
• Candidates should possess skills in using Hand Tools for basic adjustments, measurements, and maintenance tasks.
• Candidates should possess clear Communication skills for coordinating with supervisors, maintenance staff, and team members.
• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment, especially operating CNC or conventional machines, is preferred.
