Responsibilities

• Manage profit center, optimize revenue,
sales, and marketing.

• Liaise with local bodies, associates, and
community to maintain positive relationships.

• Provide counselling in various locations
like villages, schools, and hubs.

• Implement and review processes for
high-quality education and team management.

• Ensure quality education, student
placements, and customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with HO to resolve operational
issues and ensure smooth operations.

• Lead team training, development, and
engagement to reduce attrition.

• Oversee mobilisation and track
competition/market trends for feedback to HO.

Requirements

Education Qualification:





• Mandatory: Graduation (Any Stream)

• Preferred: MBA or Diploma in Sales

Past Experience/Skills Required:

• 2-4 years of experience, with at least 2
years in managing independent profit center operations.

• Experience leading a team of 3-4 members.

• Solid written and verbal communication
skills, presentation skills, and team management experience.

• Background in the training industry is a must.

• Preferable: Experience managing CSR or
Skills projects
