As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves steering the technical vision and architectural framework for bespoke software projects. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Cloud Formation.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS AI Services.
- Solid knowledge of cloud infrastructure design and deployment using infrastructure as code principles.
- Ability to optimize cloud resources for performance, cost, and security.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex cloud architecture issues.
- Familiarity with automation tools and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in AWS Cloud Formation.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
