We are seeking enthusiastic candidates for the role of International Voice Process Associate. The primary responsibility of the International Voice Process Associate is to handle customer interactions through voice communication, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Candidates must possess excellent English communication skills to effectively engage with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound calls to provide information and support to customers.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
Participate in training sessions to enhance communication skills and product knowledge.

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must have completed 10+2, 10+3, or be any graduate (B.Com, B.Sc, B.Pharm, BCA).




Fresh graduates from the years 2022 to 2026 are eligible to apply.
Candidates must possess mandatory educational documents including Provisional Certificate (PC) and Consolidated Marks Memo (CMM).

Compensation & Perks:
The salary for this position ranges from 50,000 INR to 200,000 INR, depending on the role level.
Additional performance-based incentives of up to 3,000 INR.
Night shift allowance of 150 INR per day.
Insurance coverage for employees and their parents.

Work Schedule:
This role requires working night shifts, starting between 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM.
The work schedule consists of 5 working days with weekends off (Saturday and Sunday).
A one-way cab service is provided within a 25 km radius.
