We are seeking a skilled Wiring Harness Engineer to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in designing and developing wiring harnesses, with a focus on quality and efficiency. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that all wiring harness designs meet the required specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop wiring harnesses for various applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Conduct RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes to source materials and components necessary for wiring harness production.
Perform PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) to identify potential failure points in the wiring harness design and implement corrective actions.
Oversee the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) to ensure that all components meet quality requirements before mass production.




Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to wiring harnesses.
Maintain documentation related to design changes, testing, and production processes.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in wiring harness design and development.
Experience with RFQ processes and supplier management.
Knowledge of PFMEA and PPAP methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
