This role requires a solid understanding of inventory control systems and practices, particularly in relation to FIFO (First In, First Out) methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using ERP and SAP systems.
Implement FIFO practices to ensure the freshness and quality of inventory.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Collaborate with the general stores team to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and ensure timely updates in the inventory system.




Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
Assist in training staff on inventory management best practices.
