The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our production planning processes. This position requires a strong background in material planning and production supervision, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective production planning strategies to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
Supervise production activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate material requirements and production schedules.
Monitor and analyze production performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
Oversee the operation of various manufacturing processes, including laser cutting, drilling, milling, fabrication, welding, and assembly operations.




Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all production activities.
Provide training and support to production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of material planning and production planning methodologies.
Experience in production supervision and management.
Proficiency in operating CNC and VMC machinery.
Familiarity with various manufacturing processes, including laser cutting, drilling, milling, fabrication, welding, and assembly operations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Robust communication and leadership abilities.
